To truly photograph your family, I need to know you. Not just how you look, but who you are together, your dynamic, your rhythms, the love and laughter that makes your story unique. A great photo isn’t just taken; it’s felt. That’s why I invest time in getting to know what makes your family special, so I can reflect that honestly and beautifully through my lens.
Pre-Session Connection
Once your session is booked and the date confirmed with a booking fee, we’ll connect, whether that’s via Zoom, over the phone, or at your favourite local café. This is where we start shaping a session that feels right for you. If you already have a vision, wonderful. If not, I’ll bring plenty of ideas to the table, we’ll build something meaningful together.
What we'll plan together
Location
We’ll choose a setting that resonates with your family, somewhere with memories, comfort, or adventure. Whether it’s a golden field in Rockhampton, your backyard in Yeppoon, or a quiet beach in Emu Park, the location should reflect your story.
Timing
The right light makes all the difference. We’ll plan around:

Lasting Family Memories
After your session, you will receive your full online viewing gallery (of 50+ images) within 4 weeks of our session.
I will present your gallery in a beautiful slideshow which we view together. I love the moment when I see your face fall in love with your portraits, my favourite part.
From here you can let me know which package you would like to proceed with and we can discuss how to display your portraits in your home. I have a large selection of wall art and print products to help you and minimise that stress with what to do with your images

It was an absolute dream working with Sarah!
We weren't sure how our toddler would go having her photo taken for a few hours or being around someone she didn't know well. But, Sarah made us all feel extremely comfortable and was happy to just let us be us and capture natural moments of us as a family.
