Byfield Maternity Session | Creekside Family Photography Near Yeppoon

Just outside Yeppoon, this Byfield maternity session unfolded in the most honest, beautiful way, barefoot in the creek, surrounded by soft green bushland, with a little rain drifting in.

Mum, dad, and their toddler spent the morning together wading through the water, splashing, playing, laughing, and simply being themselves. There was no pressure to perform, no need for everything to go “right.” Just connection, closeness.

Even with the rain, we chose to continue, and it gave us something extra. The kind of atmosphere you can’t recreate. Soft light, rain drops on the water, and that feeling of slowing down and settling into the moment.
